Registration is $135 and includes:

• 18 holes of four-person team scramble format golf;
• Golf cart;
• A variety of prizes;
• Team prize table selection;
• Free lunch sponsored by Pillars;
• Magnificent buffet style dinner at Grand Valley Golf & Country Club.
• Evening program which includes meeting and hearing from many of this year's recipients;
• Amazing silent auction featuring many of our communities businesses and supporters.
